CAMPUS TEAMS
DICKSON STUDENT PASTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Student Pastor at our Dickson campus to lead the student ministry by working to achieve the goals of Cross Point Students at the campus level.
MT. JULIET LOCAL GOOD DIRECTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Local Good Director Part Time to lead the strategies and tactics to support the vision of helping people find and follow Jesus through Local Good at the Mt. Juliet campus.
MT. JULIET KIDS DIRECTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Kids Director at our Mt. Juliet campus to lead the kids ministry by working to achieve the goals of Cross Point Kids at the local campus.
NASHVILLE KIDS DIRECTOR
This isn’t a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Nashville Kids Director to help families find and follow Jesus by leading the Kids Ministry of Cross Point Church Nashville and working to achieve the goals of the local campus.
CREATIVE TEAM
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Graphic Designer to maintain and execute the design aesthetic of Cross Point, across a range of online and offline outputs.
CENTRAL TEAM
DIRECTOR OF DATA & SYSTEMS

Cross Point needs a Director of Database & Systems to provide leadership and strategic direction to build and enhance Cross Point’s database systems to maximize organizational efficiencyand effectiveness through empowering ministry teams to leverage data for insights, planning and decision making to help people find and follow Jesus.
DIRECTOR OF HR & PEOPLE
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. The Director of HR & People is responsible for working with the Leadership team in stewarding our workplace culture and leading all things Human Resources. Serves leadership team as a strategic asset and is the HR operational leader for the church.
GLOBAL GOOD COORDINATOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Global Good Coordinator who will work closely with the Global Good Pastor to plan, prepare, and launch short-term Global trips. The coordinator is an ambassador and resource for all things relating to Global Good.
