Connecting | Impact Ministries

The Impact Ministry is composed of several care-giving teams that are here to serve our church body and others in our local community. Impact volunteers care about you and your loved ones’ needs, hopes and hearts. We are here to pray with you, care for you, assist you, laugh with you and sometimes cry with you.

• Notes & Cards Ministry

  We put smiles on people’s faces by simply sending uplifting hand-written cards to those who have just welcomed a child or have experienced a loss or a life-changing transition.

• Great Expectations Maternity Ministry

  Reach out to expecting moms, potential adoptive parents and those dealing with challenges pregnancy and fertility issues through prayer showers, encouragement, and other forms of support.

• The Food Ministry

  Through meals, we hope to support people and families who have suffered an unexpected loss, are dealing with a crisis, or are faced with time in the hospital from sickness or pregnancy.

• Hospital Visitation Team

  The Hospital Visitation Team is composed of people with a heart for attending to a person or a family member who is in for a stay at an area hospital. We work to assist the hospitalized person to the next step in their journey with Jesus Christ by encouraging the person and to strengthen the person's faith by how we care as volunteers who make these visits within the Cross Point Church community.
